We want you to be completely satisfied with Jobscribe. If it's not the right fit, we make it easy to get your money back.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid plans (Starter and Pro) come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the Service for any reason within 30 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@getjobscribe.com with your account email and the reason for the refund (optional but appreciated).
  2. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method via Dodo Payments, our payment provider.

Refund Eligibility

  • Within 30 days of initial purchase: Full refund, no questions asked.
  • After 30 days: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances. Contact us and we'll do our best to help.
  • After 60 days: Refunds cannot be processed due to payment provider limitations.

Subscription Renewals

For recurring subscription renewals (not your initial purchase), you may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged. If you forget to cancel and are charged for a renewal, contact us within 14 days of the charge for a refund of that renewal period.

Plan Changes

  • Upgrades: When you upgrade your plan, the price difference is prorated and charged immediately. If you wish to reverse an upgrade, contact us within 14 days.
  • Downgrades: Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. The price difference is credited to your next billing cycle.

Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first at support@getjobscribe.com. We resolve most issues quickly and chargebacks can take much longer to process.

Complaint Handling

If you are dissatisfied with how a refund request was handled, please email support@getjobscribe.com with details of your complaint. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 business days.

If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may contact the relevant consumer protection authority or ombudsman service in your jurisdiction.
